Rights to all the rocks and seaweed growing on them, as well as that driven ashore; the rabbit warren; all tithes great and small and tithes of fish and the fish house, and all harbour dues, quit rents or customs usually paid to the Lord of the Manor. To hold for 9 years from May Day next, except the tithes of fish and fish house, to be held for 9 years from 1st August next. Annual rent of £105. The lessee will also pay the usual annual payment of 40 shillings to the freeholders against damage caused by drying and burning the seaweed. Jane Selby was the widow of George Selby.
