Sale of a house with adjoining garden ground on the north side of Green Lane for the sum of £450. Situated on the current site of Lindisfarne House. At one time in the tenure of James Lilburn, but at the time of sale, and for several years since, in the tenure of the said Thomas Wilkinson. Recites that William D.D. Selby was a devisee in fee of the said property under the Will of Mrs Elizabeth Derenzy, widow of William Derenzy. She was the daughter and devisee of Prideaux Selby [brother of Henry Collingwood Selby], who was the son and devisee of George Selby, who had purchased the property in 1802 from Vaughan Forster.
