Deeds of sale and a pedigree showing right of inheritance to the property in Prior Lane, from Deed Bundle Ref: NRO 683/2/64-74. Sold by Ezekiel Allison to William Armstrong, it passed down through the family before being sold to Tweedmouth brewers Sibbit,Dickson &Co.
