Transfer of leasehold interest of the premises ‘now occupied as an alehouse known by the sign of the Plough’ to Thomas Thorp of Alnwick, James Laing of Letham and Robert Smith of Norham West Mains in trust for Messrs. Sibbit Dickson & Co. brewers of Tweedmouth. The Co-partners in the said Company were John Sibbit of Ancroft Greens; John Miller Dickson of Berwick; William Dickson of Berwick; Dorothy Dickson of Berwick, widow; Thomas Scott of Beal and John Cunningham of Berwick.
