The original document has the Obligation written in latin on one side, with the Condition in English on the reverse; the copy is on two separate sheets. Binds Raph Brown to Robert Claveringe in the penal sum of £100. Condition: Robert Brown will ensure that Robert Claveringe may peacably and without disturbance use all the house and garden in Fenkle Street, and will keep and perform all agreements and covenants mentioned in the deed of the same date.
