Includes a Covenant to levy a fine to help secure the conveyance (see NRO 683/2/24 Final Concord, 23 June 1652; Peter Jones and his wife acknowledge one messuage, one garden, 12 acres of land, 5 acres of pasture and 5 acres of meadow in Holy Island to be the right of Thomas Love).
