Several pieces of land measuring a total of 7 acres, 2 Roods and 12 Perches. Term of 21 years from 2 August 1847 at the annual rent of £3 6 s. 8d. Reserves to the lessors all trees and mineral rights, with right of access to enable associated manufacture and transport, provided they pay compensation for spoil of ground.
