Appointed his wife Sarah Elizabeth Selby, his sons Prideaux and William Henry Selby and his friend William Turnbull as Trustees, to sell his real estate and such of his personal estate of a saleable nature, applying the proceeds as directed. He had inherited a full, undivided moiety of the Holy Island estate in expectation, devised by his father Prideaux Selby.
