Proved at Durham 9 May 1735, administration granted to Edward Short. Ratifies and Confirms the deed of enfeoffment of his freehold estate made on the 14 July 1721. Gives all other goods to Edward and Dorothy Short for their life, and following their decease for the use of their daughter Margaret, paying out of it two small bequests to Ann Forster; daughter of niece Margaret Short, and niece Jane Short.
