The Town, or West farm: 2 farmhouses in Marygate with barn, stables and other buildings and ground; a stackyard and 2 cottages, together with parcels of land called Castle Close, The Marquis’s Close (except a small garden taken off and leased to Charles White), the Big Close or West field with the Berwick Chair, The Chair Ends Close, The Commissary’s allotment and the Rabbit Warren. The Lough or East farm: a farmhold near the Lough together with lands and grounds containing about 167 acres. Also a large granary and a house in the village.
