Several pieces of land measuring a total of 7 acres, 2 Roods and 12 Perches. Term of 21 years from 2 August 1847 at the annual rent of £3 6 s. 8d. Reserves to the lessors all trees and mineral rights, with right of access to enable associated manufacture and transport, provided they pay compensation for spoil of ground. The original document includes a plan showing the leased lands outlined in red (not included in the copy). Original doc.
