Lease of a house and Herring Houses; John Strangeways Donaldson Selby to George Steel. 1 March 1843
A newly erected house, and also the buildings used as herring houses with salt cellar, workshop and shed and adjoining land, for the term of 16 years at an annual rent of £48. Proviso that George Steel will, during the whole term, use the premises to carry on the business of herring curer, and will insure the premises against fire with the Norwich Union for at least £500.
