Conveys a freehold burgage and tenement, garden etc. in Pyott Hill and 5 butts of land situated in part of the Townfields called St Combs (roughly the area to the north of the water tower) in trust for the use of William Short for his lifetime, and following his decease to the use of his brother-in-law and sister Edward and Dorothy Short and after their decease to the use of Jane Short, daughter of Bartholemew Short and after her decease to the right heirs of William Short.
