3 Indentures; parts of fine. Record of final agreement made in the Court of Pleas at Durham. Neil MacVicar and Marjory his wife and Robert Forster and Margaret his wife acknowledge two messuages two cottages five acres of land five acres of meadow and five acres of pasture and common rights in Holy Island, to be the right of John Staward, for which acknowledgement he has paid to them one hundred marks of silver.
