Written on two sides of a small sheet; the Obligation in latin on one side and the Condition in english on the reverse. The copy is on two separate sheets. Binds Mary and Richard Day to Thomas Love in the penal sum of £100 on the condition that they perform and keep all covenants and agreements in the deed of the same date. Original doc.
