Deed of feoffment from North Cunye [Cuney] to Henry Jones for a parcel of land late builded in Fenkle Street. 30 July 1607
Recites previous transfers of property, beginning with a sale from Robert Clavering to William Reade of Fenham of (inter alia) a house tenement and messuage with garden and a ridge of land in Fenkle Street in 1602. Reade then sold part of the tenement to North Cunye. The deed then records the sale of a parcel of the said tenement, the same ‘now lately builded’ by Henry Jones and containing 8 yards by 4 yards and 1 foot.
